  • What is Submersive?

    A communal, immersive-art bathhouse opening in Austin in summer 2027 — Twelve rooms to move through, at your pace — each an intentional world of heat and water, light and sound, tuned to do specific work on the nervous system. The experience includes an expansive outdoor space designed for connection and community.

    It’s open to the public when we open; Founding Membership is how the first members get in early.

  • When does my membership start?

    Your founding rate is locked the moment you purchase. Access begins at our Soft Opening — Founding Members get exclusive early access before we open to the public, summer 2027.

  • What is included in the annual membership?

    Your membership renews annually at your founding rate, locked for life (held for as long as your membership stays active). Founding Members get every standard membership benefit, plus a set of founding-only extras on top.

    • Standard (shared with all members): 2 personal anytime passes + 4 weekday passes a year, 7-day priority booking, 30% off off-peak passes, 10% off food & beverage, and complimentary valet.
    • Founding-only: your rate locked for life, plus an extra 2 guest anytime passes a year, Soft Opening access, 4 Founders-Only Nights, the pre-opening party, and a one-of-a-kind founding artifact.
  • Can I bring people in with me?

    Yes. Joining a Drop gives you two invitations to share. The people you choose to share them with can skip the waitlist and lock in a founding spot at the same rate you paid.

  • What is the founding artifact?

    A locally made object to mark the moment. Physical, permanent, and yours alone. Details closer to opening.

  • What if I can't make it to Austin?

    Submersive is opening its Austin flagship in 2027, with additional locations planned. Your membership applies to the Austin location. Future locations and transferability will be announced as expansion plans are confirmed.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Memberships are billed annually and all sales are final, so we don’t offer refunds. If you’re ever unable to use your passes after we open, we’ll do our best to credit their value toward day passes — just reach out.

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    Your membership is annual and renews automatically each year. You can choose not to renew — just let us know before your renewal date. One thing to know: if your membership lapses, your founding rate doesn’t carry over (see Terms).
